It is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms upstairs, living room and kitchen downstairs. In the front garden there is a simple stone bench table set to enjoy a cold beer in the evening in the warmth.

This Long-Term Holiday Home Cha-am, in a small quiet street, is very centrally located between the Petchakasem (2km) and the beach. So you are assured of peace, a complete house and a central location. Within 5 minutes you are cycling / moped at the beach, at Okay Supermarket or the market.

The holiday home is nicely furnished with a classic sofa opposite a flat screen TV corner. Around the house you can also sit outside and behind the living room is the (simple) kitchen with electric hob and washing machine.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms are very small in size and there were no wardrobes available. Every room has an air conditioner and the bathroom is great. At the time the photos were made, the curtains in the laundry were normally there are also downstairs curtains for the windows.
