1. The big and famous websites all don’t care about the Thai law that says that daily rentals are only allowed for hotel and resorts. Private properties need to be rented out by month.
2. Our mainly Dutch and Flemisch guests enjoy staying at one location, which feels home, from here they explore the surroundings, beaches, sites, other parts of the country and even other Asian countries.
3. Pricewise it is more beneficial to you. Monthly rates are cheaper!In other words 2x our monthly rate is less 60x the day rate of the big booking websites
