Tropicana is a residential park consisting of three types of houses namely type A, type B and type C. The smallest type of house has two only bedrooms and 1 bathroom while the largest house consists of two floors with various bedrooms.

If you rent a house in Thailand Tropicana you normally have to pay a deposit of 1 month rent. You will receive this deposit when you leave. If you book through us, you only have to pay a ten thousand bath deposit.

However, the rental price is not including electricity and water. Normally speaking this bill is approximately between 20 and 50 euros per month depending on your use of the air conditioners. The location of the Tropicana park is outside the center of Cha-am so if you rent the house you probably also need to rent transportation. Bicycles and scooters can be rented at the residential park.
