The people who rent the house Sportvillage know where they can have a nice winter, namely in Cha-am, Petchaburi. We have for you in this pleasant residential area called Sportvillage Cha-am. This property has a German co-owner and has been nicely renovated to provide all comforts. The entrance to the house is across the terrace. On the pictures you can see that the deck chairs and table are stored in the kitchen so sit outside is certainly during your holiday here.

   

Upon entering the house you will find a nice sitting room with large television. In the middle of the house is the staircase to the top and behind it you can cook in a modern kitchen. In this kitchen is also a spacious fridge and separate dining table. The house also includes its own washing machine and on television you can follow the Dutch news at BVN.

The bedroom at the back has a special glass lockable conservatory for relaxing. So you can enjoy the view and the wind if you open the windows.

The residential park is located on a road known to the locals as ‘hospital road’ because it goes to the hospital and finally Cha-am from Puktian and Hat Sao San Lan. The distance to the beach is good to cycle but walking is far in the warm sun. If you turn left from the Sportvillage, on the so-called ‘hospital road’ you will also reach several small restaurants. The Mums Bistro restaurant is 1 kilometer from the residential park, popular and inexpensive. If you want to rent a house or have an interest in Sportvillage, please let us know as soon as possible.
