This Afforbale Pool villa Cha-am is located within walking distance, about 500 meters from the beach. The villa is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and private pool. Yesterday, March 11, 2018, we took the photos of this villa.

   

After opening the gate you will find the swimming pool and the terrace. The pool is good for cooling down after sunbathing or cycling in Cha-am. Upon entering the house you will find a dining table with kitchen. You will not miss this beautiful staircase.

Go up the staircase you enter an empty loft with access to the balcony. This balcony has enough area to sit with table and chair and it offers privacy. Downstairs in the kitchen you can use the gas stove, a spacious fridge, washing machine and a dinning table. Of course there are pans, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. In the corner is the sitting area with television, sofa and a view of the swimming pool.

This villa is located in north cha-am in a street called ‘soi chao rai 3’. At the beginning of the street are houses and there are also other pool villas but at the end of the street is a neighborhood where poverty can be seen but these Thai people are very friendly. From this location you are in 5 minutes walk on the beach and Happy Pizza restaurant is also close by.
