The kitchen is neat with microwave, toaster and kettle. The bathroom is complete and has a bathtub for relaxing. Electricity use is not included and you have to pay a small deposit of approximately five thousand baht.

The koh samui holiday home in Green villa is located approximately 100 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the large ring road, including the Marko, Seven eleven and various restaurants. You can go over the beach to the weekly Sunday afternoon market in the center of Lamai Beach. In Lamai everything is available including a large Tesco Lotus and various other stores.
