Since August 2013 we organize a daily tour to Friends of Wildlife animal rescue center. The friendly volunteers of the Friends of Wildlife Thailand offer a tour with explanations and backgrounds about the different animals.
The Nature Park is the largest national park in Thailand and Friend of Wildlife takes care of the injured or mutilated animals and then places them back in nature. The national nature park itself is mainly covered by tropical rain forest. There are normal represented species such as maple and oak in addition to the palm trees, liana and orchids. The animals that live in the jungle and in this sanctuary include birds and mammals, such as gibbons, monkeys, bears and elephants.
Visit the Friends of Wildlife animal rescue center and you will be picked up from your accommodation in the morning and taken to the rescue center. From noon there is a lunch and then walk through the forest with one of our elephants and shower. You will then also see the newest part of the center and an explanation about this reception center. The day ends at around 3.30 a.m. of course you will be brought back to your accommodation.
